Staying at this location was a fantastic experience. I was there for three nights with my family to explore Yerevan's cultural attractions. The family king suite was incredibly spacious, featuring a kitchenette and a cozy seating area, which made our stay very comfortable. The hotel's location was unbeatable, just a short walk to Republic Square and other notable spots like the National Gallery of Armenia and the Blue Mosque.

The hospitality at this place was top-notch, with friendly staff ensuring my stay was delightful. Location is perfect, just steps away from key attractions and local eateries, making exploring so easy.

The fitness center, while outdated, is spacious and offers some decent equipment for a quick workout. The Deluxe King Suite features a kitchenette with ample dining space, which is a nice perk for families.

The room is cramped, barely accommodating the claimed number of guests, with a supposed extra-large bed that feels more like a queen. The windows lack safety measures, exposing a significant risk, especially for kids. The TV situation and air conditioning were both unreliable, contributing to a pretty rough stay. The hotel even lacks a basic travel desk, which is puzzling for a place claiming to offer a full experience.

Loved the spacious Junior King Suite and the inviting breakfast buffet 😍. Staff was super helpful! However, the bed was a bit too soft for my liking.

the breakfast was good, but seriously, it was the same bland dish every day! not to mention, my room was missing basic amenities like an iron. how can a 4-star hotel not have a proper smart tv? i almost thought about giving a good review, but the lack of special treatment really ruined it for me.

Elevators are inadequate for the number of guests!!! A safety hazard with fully opening windows!!! Poor air conditioning options left us feeling uncomfortable at times!!! No travel desk is quite surprising for a city hotel!!!

The staff was friendly and attentive. I loved the breakfast with fresh orange juice, and the room had a nice balcony with city views. Great location, just minutes from Republic Square.

ramada is centrally located, just a few minutes from the bar area. i loved my room upgrade to the standard king room with a balcony offering stunning views! the breakfast was exceptional, and the reception staff were super lovely. they even promptly fixed an issue with the light in my room.
